As a fellow PEARL, I have had the privilege of witnessing Earnestina’s leadership firsthand, particularly through our capstone project work. She consistently ensured our team stayed on task while also cultivating a safe, supportive space where creativity and collaboration could thrive. Earnestina was intentional about inclusivity—making certain every voice was heard and valued as we developed project documents and navigated complex discussions.
