Proud Member of Pontiac Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated
Earnestina Moore
I am a proud member of the Pontiac Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated. I was initiated into our illustrious sisterhood in Spring 2019. I am a servant‑leader at heart — a connector, a restorer, and a woman committed to strengthening our sisterhood through principled leadership, operational excellence, and genuine relationship‑building.
My Delta journey has been shaped by meaningful service at every level of our organization. Within my chapter, I have served as Co‑Chair of Arts and Letters, Co‑Chair of Ritual and Ceremonies, Chair of Salute to Our Young Heroes, and an active member of committees including Delta Academy, Membership Services, Policies and Procedures, Health Education, Fundraising, and Founders Day. Whether designing impactful programs, shaping ceremonial experiences, or supporting youth and community initiatives, I lead with intention, creativity, purpose, and care.
Operations & Leadership Experience
Regionally, I am currently a member of the Midwest PEARL Program Cohort 4— an experience that deepened my understanding of regional operations and the leadership pipeline. I have also contributed as a Timekeeper and Regional conference choir member (Lead Vocalist) for the 2024 Midwest Regional Conference. I have also been a consistent presence at Delta Days at the State Capitol, Delta Days in the Nation’s Capital, statewide sisterhood events, clusters and conferences across the Midwest.
Professionally, I bring more than 25 years of experience as a labor & employment attorney and senior leader, including service as an Associate General Counsel at USAA. My career has been built on sound judgment, confidentiality, fairness, and the ability to evaluate people, processes, and policies with clarity and integrity. These are the same qualities required to thoughtfully assess candidates and uphold the standards of our sisterhood.
